10 Muffins (Organic Bakery & Cafe) — Restaurant in Zone 14 Perungudi

My wife and I were frequent visitors 10 Muffins ever since we paid the advance for this apt in Phase 2! Everything baked by 10 Muffins was luscious and tasty:) I’m really impressed by your hard work and enthusiasm in preparing your products with mostly organic ingredients, non usage of preservatives, giving importance to hygiene and great presentation of cakes, croissant muffins, puffs etc.! Special mention I want to make for those super soft Hot Cross Buns and delectable Easter Eggs entirely made out of chocolate including shell and contents we bought from you !! We strongly recommend 10 Muffins to any of our friends here in Ozone Greens "Go for it” though its a little expensive!!

Visited yesterday (Vijayadasami). Reading all the very positive reviews, went with an expectation but a big let down. Ordered Chocolate croissant, Almond croissant, Walnut Tea cake, Marble cake, Blueberry cheese cake, Cakesicle and cake pop. Bill was 815. Nothing was good except Almond croissant. My 4 year old said everything tastes like paracetomol. Yes, was having medicine taste. Is that organic ? Nowadays can't believe reviews also. The only good thing was the store keeper. Smiling person, received well and provided good service. Infact got to know, because of dusshera holidays, employees were late , hence the waiting time and many stuffs were not available. Have been a frequent customer ever since they started 3.5 yrs back.. even before they were in swiggy and zomato.. every other day I used to purchase bread , buns, cakes , muffins etc. They use organic product and bread from here is really good. Even then they were costly in comparison to other vendors. But the rates then were some what fine. Within this 3 yrs they have increased there rates 50% higher. A COCONUT BUN WHICH WAS 45Rs then is 95 rs all together. It is understandable that it is organic but just to multiply your business you can't increase price like that. I wonder how can you grow if you keep increasing your price like this. I will just forget that there is 10 muffin if you continue increasing...
