I really don't give negative review.. But the experience gave me no other choice..I had ordered from Pizza Hut website on a Sunday evening at 6.45 pm. I chose the perumbakkam outlet and my address was entered..And luckily I opted CoD....All good until now. I was checking the order status and at 7.10 pm it showed "food arrived". I called up Pizza Hut customer care and they mentioned some issue with website and some one from store will call. At 7.15 the delivery person called me and I shared my location. At 7.30 one more person called and told my location is 10km away and cannot be delivered. This was surprise to me as the location is only 4.5km away as per Google maps and no indication anywhere while booking about 5km rule. To cut the story short they never delivered my order till 8.30 inspite of multiple calls to CC and the store. I made a final call to the CC at 8.45pm to cancel my order. Then the store person called why you cancelled and not even apologetic ..Pizza Hut used to be the pioneers in pizza all over the world. But due to some poor customer service from few stores like this, they will lose customers and their hard earned...

What makes it worse is the absolute lack of accountability from their staff. Every time I called to check on the order, I was met with indifference, zero updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. There's no proper order tracking, and customers are left in the dark—frustrated and hungry.
This isn’t a one-time issue—it happens every single time. It's disappointing to see such poor management and a complete disregard for customer experience. Despite these ongoing issues, they never miss the chance to add restaurant handling charges to your bill—no matter how bad or delayed the service is.
Until Pizza Hut takes delivery and customer service seriously, I’d recommend avoiding...
Read more17 Dec - same problem repeated. Wrong order delivered again. Pizza Hut doesn't look at customization. Last time store manager had called me to apologise and ensured that this won't be repeated again. But it has again. Call center is waste because they are just call forwarders or parrot same message - store will call back. Not at all empowered. Lot of waste of time dealing for a problem resolution.
There is a problem with pizza hut customer service. While the food is generally good, today it was delayed. And wrong order is delivered. Customer care number is useless as they don't pickup and if they pickup after long long wait, they say they will get a call back form store. Which never comes. No way to reach to store directly. Very frustrating. Had to throw pizza today as kids are allergic to paneer, we asked to remove it. All times they get it right but not today but no way to get it resolved. Pizza hut porbbaly has the worst customer service...
