Worst service - no one was available at the counter, called them over counter to order and the service woman told me to use the self help ordering kiosk, told them card was not working, she asked me to use other kiosk, in which the card was not working - went to order desk again and no one was available
Shouted for manager, then he came out and told its shift transfer and people won't be available
Told him how I was pushed around order and asked to question that girl, he told that she is new and doesn't know how things work. When he asked abt this to that woman, she showed attitude and mouthed(maybe bad words) me
Lost my appetite and mood to eat over there brought in my wife, my daughter and my new born. Was made ashamed and fool infront of everyone. This is my first visit to this branch KFC Thangal and would be the last. Will suggest my family and friends not to visit this one anymore
Update: The branch head manager called and followed up on my feedback and apologised for the incident, though not his fault. He also told the staffs will be given better training and ausured this won't happen again to me or the other customers. Invited me to the branch and provided his personal number as well. Also kudos to the floor manager who was present during the incident, calmingly inquired my issue and passified me and even apologised on behalf of that service woman, still not his...
   Read moreExperienced a nightmare at this KFC branch. The AC started leaking and the entire outlet was flooding with water and let alone cleaning, couldnât find anyone to get this repaired. Couldnât believe this happening at a KFC. The self ordering billing machine was broken. There was shortage of staffs, the same person who was taking the order had to clean the tables as well. The staff didnt knew how to clean as well. He uses the same dirty cloth to wipe the tables without even cleaning the cloth. Instead of cleaning the table âtheyâ just caress it and leave it, spreading the sauce all over.
Wouldnât recommend anyone to come to this mess. Note: This is a new outlet and things like this unacceptable.
