King's Chic Multi-Cuisine Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

we went to kings chic on 24th Feb dinner around 9 o clock. That time restaurant was fully packed. we asked seating for 10 people. The guy who attended us was very satisfied. So we waited for 15 min and went to dining area there we got the table . Then given the order and we had our food. In between we can understand the restaurant situation was running less man power. only 2 guys are here and there running.

we thought we will not get good food and service. but we got everything fully satisfied who handled us very politely and offered good hospitality.

Finally when we came down to enquired about that person who taken care us very well to the cashier he said he is the Manager of the restaurant.

We were shocked and very happy... Why am saying this means I was in nagercoil for more than 8years and seen lots of new restaurants, no restaurant we met Manager like this. Hats off to this management to hired this kind of person as a manager.

Really this much crowd he handles easily and made all of the guest were happy.

They serve always good food and excellent service. I have been regular customer for kingschic for past 6 years. I have noticed lots of negative feedback regarding the bill calculation. And I checked with the management they said they changed new software during the lockdown period. In lock down they served only takeaway and parcel in that no issues with Bill calculation. After dining opened only they faced this issue on that day for 3 tables. 2 tables they were notified on that time itself and changed the bill. For one guest they didn't noticed and very next day morning they found that guest and settled the extra calculated bill amount and apologized explained to the guest who got this issue. And called the software team and fixed the issue on that day itself. After that they didn't get this issue again. Anyway it's hard earned money for that guest who paid extra money. But don't spoil the reputation of kingschic. They are very polite and good in hospitality... Hope single star reviewers can understand...

One of the best restaurants in Nagercoil to have good non-veg food. They serve a lot of varieties and without much delay. Weekends are litte crowded so make sure you reserve your seat or visit early to avoid waiting time. Edit: The food quality, ambience and cleanliness of this restaurant has degraded over time. It's not in my recommended list now. Food Quality & Taste: The food quality is not consistent. Some day, it may be good and bad the other day. Also, I assume they add MSG (ajinomoto / chinese salt) in their biriyani because I could feel digestion issues of late whenever I eat biriyani here. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Firstly, the plates they serve are all very old and have been used for very long time. This gives a very bad impression. You can see cockroaches roaming around you. So assume, it could be the same in the kitchen too :-( The ambience isn't good as it was 4 years ago. It looks so old and not...
