In Chennai, a vibrant city in Tamil Nadu, there is a plethora of restaurants offering traditional cuisine from the region. Many of these establishments specialize in the fiery and flavorful Chettinadu style of non-vegetarian dishes, while a few attempt to blend in the distinctive flavors of Madurai. Their decor is a combination of tradition and modern look. They even place a round Waiter calling device on every table. But the main crib is the waiters are too busy with attending only a few customers. When you need them, they take quite a bit of time to appear before you. But they are polite and courteous. At the end of the day, despite their best intentions, you are not really satiated as you...
