Name / Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Hotel Lakshmi" is situated at Opposite of Head Salem Post Office and a very close to the Old Bus Stand and Main Bazaar so this is very prime location in the city.

Atmosphere / Decor: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As you enter the place you are welcome by a clean and decent designs with a bakery aroma, sweets display on both sides which will make you keep an eye on those menus. Even though looks bit congestion during peak hours it is ok because of the prime location.

The Menu: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Hotel Lakshmi" offers a wide range of Vegetarian items which is very unique while compares to other Vegetarian restaurant. They serve daily special items which is available only on that particular day. It is there unique model which is good and success till date. Mini MEAL is the simple and perfect Menu with ₹50

The Taste / Prices: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location, Atmosphere, Menu are good but it is really TASTE and COST that matters for a casual customer. Lakshmi Hotel serve fresh and good taste with reasonable cost which is feasible for all range peoples.

The Service:⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we realise the good quality of food and reasonable cost we would worry less on service delay, on personal view service is also OK but small improvements will be more greatful.

Recommendation:⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parking: ⭐⭐⭐ Two wheeler parking is OK. Despite the Car parking congestion on the restaurant all other experience is really AWESOME.

Taste of breakfast will be good, if they are serving hot. Tomato chutney is worst,

Afternoon meal is not too good. Bcoz of preparation style. Tasteless porigal, koottu, Aviyal... But compared to local hotel, it is much better. Also meal taste is better than the Hotel Lakshmi prakash, other branch near new bus stand.

At least 4 days in a week, i used to have breakfast & lunch in lakshmi hotel.

If you're having food before 1:15pm they serve morning prepared uzhundha vadai. Which is Worst in texture (Hard) & tasteless.

White rice is not prepared well as like in our home preparation. 1 men went out, not even tasting a single dish, by seeings your rice in bananaleaf.

Take necessary corrective measures to increase your customer satisfaction.

Provide few more hand wash point in your hotel. 2 washing point is not enough during peak hours.

The staff are very rude In the AC dine-in hall dispoinment with thr Service. We were seated in front row but line supervsior (name unkown) forced to change the seat in non ventilation area.
