London bakery Christos Enterprises and Scoopy Doo’s The Icecream shop — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have been to this bakery few times, I have no complaints with the food here, but today I had visited this bakery to get cream bun and the behaviour towards us was extremely rude, we went in and stood beside the rack where buns were kept but didn't realize where cream buns were so asked for them and the person at the shop was like "should I take it and give it in your hand". Is this the way to treat your customers we don't walk around carrying a map of the bakery to know where is wat. I was in shock by this extremely rude behaviour, didn't know how to react and just got wat we wanted and left, but after coming home I was really upset that I did not fight back .I will never visit this bakery again.
