Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would give 0 stars.

Visited this restaurant with high expectations, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. We waited for over 20 minutes, and no staff member came to even take our order. Finally, someone walked out from the kitchen, dropped a menu on the table, and left without saying a word.

We waited another 15 minutes, hoping someone would show up to take the order but absolutely no one came. Shockingly, the owner was sitting right there, saw us waiting, and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us no apology, no assistance, nothing.

Eventually, we left without ordering anything, after waiting for so long. And guess what? Even after we walked out, no one cared to ask what the issue was or even say sorry for the delay.

This is not just about food delay , it’s about basic hospitality, which was completely missing. Many restaurants take time to serve food, but at least someone comes to take your order. Here, even that didn’t happen.

There is no parking near this restaurant which we have to walk 400mts.

Once we reached every customer was very frustrated for the long wait time. People who ordered were waiting for 45 mins for a single dish.

We waited for almost all 30mins for menu card. One person came with 4 A4 sheets and the menu was dirty. Owners are not sure who they were not even hesitated to ask for order. The lady was just watching customers starve and didn't even bother to take orders.

We left the restaurant sooner because the other good restaurents wil be closed by the time this guy comes with menu.

Such a pathetic experince 🤮 will never ever visit this restaurent and it's 💯 waste restaurent. Never bring your family or kids and make them waited for this worthless place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bagus Brew & Restaurant, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail.

The food was absolutely delicious every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. What really stood out was the beautiful plating. Each course looked like a work of art, which made the meal feel even more special..... The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it a great spot for both casual outings and special occasions.
