Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I went to coffee day with my family today and regretted for going there. The food preparation place was horrible. We ordered 2 spinach and corn cheesy sandwich, 1 tandoori paneer sandwich and 1 garlic bread. the person asked for single or double layer cheese for corn cheesy sandwich. I replied as single. When we saw the bill he has added cheese for all the items and when we checked the rate it is double when compared to the menu card. When we asked him he said extra cost for cheese. Even if there is extra cost how come the rate will be more than double. The cost of garlic bread was Rs.84 in the menu card and Rs.173 has been charged with cheese like wise for all the items, and the bill was Rs.1008. The taste of the sandwich was also horrible. It was waste of money and also it spoiled our mood nothing else. If you have more money and want to waste it then you can go to coffee...

We always go during lunch time and have 3 mix of hot and cold coffee and 2 sandwiches. This time our fav spinach and corn sandwich had very less stuffing, we need to open and see to differentiate between the two sandwiches. We asked for the reason and they said need to use only specific grams of the stuffing. Believe me, 170rs for a bun, 10 pieces corn and 1 spoon of spinash was not what I expected. They did add more content and served to us after our feedback which is appreciated. Tandoori chicken sandwich used to be in pieces and less salty, but now it is a single patty- not sure if it is an improvement. Apart from all above points, we did have a good time of long discussion with no disturbance, great coffee and calm music. Coffee day is always a best...

Had the worst experience visiting this CCD. Me and my friends were hanging out and spending time having some serious discussions when one of the staffs came and said we've to order something. we agreed to that and we ordered drinks worth 800rs. Then we continued chitchatting and the staffs there were actually soo creepy . They kept staring at us walking here and there as if they wanted us to leave after the drink. Another person came to us and said we've to order again now if we're staying i really don't know what policy that is. we informed that we'll be leaving soon. They kept staring at us as if we were not humans and while we were talking pictures they had the audacity to laugh and giggle between themselves while looking at us.. literally mocking...
