Louis Burger, Kodambakkam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. RAW MEAT. I had such a terrible experience with Louis Burgers and I'm the idiot that keeps ordering from there thinking they'll get better. But no. Ordered the Lamb Beast burger on two different occasions and I was given RAW AND UNCOOKED MEAT. It's such a health hazard that shouldn't be taken lightly. Louis's standards have really fallen and no one's taking it seriously. This could go so badly for people who are unaware of uncooked meat and consume it and despite complaints it's not like they're willing to make the change. There's no quality checks and I'm really concerned about their food preparation and safety standards. I'm done with Louis. Y'all are just another fast food cloud kitchen and you wont pay attention to your regular customers until you lose out on all their business...

Let me break it down real easy and simple. Your burgers are good. You've got your buns and sauces more or less right. The beef quality on the burgers are good as well. I remember talking to santhosh (the chef) and telling him how I wanted my burger and he made it spot on. But after that the burgers haven't been the same..there's no consistency with the patties...sometimes it's alright sometimes its as small as 3inches!

You guys are a little pricey and that's okay..but when you charge 400 bucks for a smash burger you'd expect more than paper thin patties that's just probably half the size of the bun right!? Don't be stingy guys, don't make the same mistake most joints make and lose...

I ordered from here looking at eye catching menu but to my dismay I ordered the chicken beast burger and onion burgers and when the order arrived ,there were only 5 onion rings in the box and there was no sauce provided for the onion rings and the taste was also unsatisfactory, the portion size of the burger was atrocious and equivalent to the size of the smaller burger that you get at Lois burger. No value for the money. Plus I contacted Swiggy helpline who did not help at all so I approached Lois burger on Instagram and yet again no response. I’m sure that I’m not ordering from here again. You guys have lost a customer for sure . Horrible...
