Very very worst shop. Customer care even more worst. I gave complaint against employees selvi and karthi working in Kodambakkam1. About misbehaviour and rude attitude. One month has gone . I've called customer care 30 Times.no proper response it was like hitting our head by ourself into a rock .they are reciting whatever script given to them and no worries about customer problems. In person I gave complaint to samudhrapandian cluster manager.he said he knows the issue i requested him to give me an update about action taken . i called him 10times. there is no response till now..he repeat disconnecting my call and finally blocked my number as he doesn't have ability to address customer issue.

வயிரெரிந்து சொல்கிறேன்.இந்த கடை நாசமா தான் போகும்.எத்தனையோ பெரிய கடையெல்லாம் கவிழ்ந்திருக்கிறார்கள்.நீங்களெள்லாம் எந்த மூலை?என்னை shop ல் அவமானபடுத்தியதால் customer care ல் சென்றேன்.ஏதோ பொழுதுபோக்குபோல் சொல்வதையே சொல்லி வெறுப்பேற்றி hold ல் வெகு நேரம் வைத்து mute ல் வெகுநேரம் வைத்து பிறகு முதலில் hold க்குமுன் சொல்லிய அதே statementஐ திரும்ப சொல்வது supervisor connection குடுங்கள் என கேட்டால் இல்லை என்று சொல்லி தவிர்ப்பது.உறுதியாக நின்று கேட்டால் மறுபடியும் 10 முறை ஹோல்ட் போட்டு connection தருவது.பிறகு investigationசெய்துகொண்டிருப்பதாக வாரக்கணக்கில் இழுப்பது.என்ன கொலைகேஸா investigate செய்ய?அதிகபட்சம் 1/2 மணிநேரம் கூட ஆகாது .என்ன action எடுத்துள்ளீர்கள் என் கேட்டால் ist day கூறிய அதே பதிலை வெட்கமில்லாமல் கூறுவது.store ல் போய் பார்க்கசொல்லுவது store ல் manager இல்லை என்று நான் கூறினால் அப்படியா தெரியாதே என்பது ஒன்றும் தெரியாமல் எப்படி action எடுத்ததாக பொய் கூறுகிறீர்களே என கேட்டால் மறுபடியும் கீறல் விழுந்த record போன்று சொன்னதையே சொல்லி வெறுப்பேற்றுவது. Customer ragging செய்துள்ளீர்கள். மேலதிகாரி நம்பர் குருக்கள் என்று கேட்டால் மறுப்பது.எங்கே சென்று புகார் அளிப்பது என்று கேட்டால் எந்த வாய்ப்பையும் customer க்கு தறுவதில்லை. கடை ஆரம்பித்து day 1லிருந்தே வீட்டுக்கு தேவையான பல் பேஸ்ட் முதல் படுக்கை வரை வெவ்வேறு கடைகளுக்கு செய்திருக்க வேண்டிய வியாபாரத்தை அனைத்தையுமே உங்கள் கடையில் மட்டுமே செய்ததற்கு உங்கள் நன்றிக்கடன் மரியாதை எல்லாம் கஸ்டமரை அவமானபடுத்தி அனுப்புவதா?

இன்றுவரை employees மீதே எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கபடவில்லை. அதை பற்றி குறைந்தபட்சம் எனக்கு ஒரு update கூட கிடையாது.திரும்ப திரும்ப நான்தான் customer care ல் contact செய்வேனே தவிர கிண்ணத்தில் போட்டு கல் மாதிரி customer care ல் இருக்கிறார்கள் கஸ்டமருக்கு ப்ரயோசனபடாத ஒரு customer care எதற்காக? கீழே reply ல் உள்ள அந்த dialogue தான் நான் customer care ல் கேட்டேகேட்டு அலுத்து போன dialogue அதாவது "ok madam உங்க issue நல்லா புரியுது.இத priority basis ல் escalate பண்றோம.வேற ஏதாவது தகவல்...

Though I have lots of wonderful experiences at the store with all the staff ever willing to assist us when ever we seek for help, there are a couple of concerns like the price of ripe bananas are exorbitant for the last couple of weeks. I had purchased 3 red dragon fruits last week and there were maggots inside which Is solely due to the unhygienic storage area.Kindly ensure that the rotten vegetables and fruits are properly discarded and do not comply to sell it for less rates because it's not KPN standard.
