I had to give 1 star because that’s the minimum rating. We were a party of 6, evenly divided into non vegetarians and vegetarians. Initially we had asked for water on the table, plates to eat from, which for some reason took them forever but we looked past their incredibly laxed service, but here’s the part that got messy.
We had ordered 2 starters, the veg seekh kebab and the non veg seekh kebab. For each item that came to the table we specifically asked whether it was vegetarian or non-vegetarian, to which the waiter who bought the first seekh kebab responded that it was veg.
Only after we had finished consuming do they bring out the next one and claim that is also veg. This was another waiter who when questioned about the previous dish claimed “Oh I am not aware about that I just bought this dish”
Aren’t waiter(s) to a particular table of a restaurant supposed to be aware of all items that go on the table?
They took atleast 10 minutes to get back to us about whether the first dish was vegetarian or non veg and what was worse is that the waiters laughed at us as we grew impatient. At this point we got mad and stormed off.
They had the gall to come and ask us for the bill, which we refused after this total blunder and they justified by asking us to pay the drinks bill, we still refused and here’s the messed up part, the waiter threatened not to give back the car keys which was in valet.
I mean, damn take 2, do you have absolutely zero standards when it comes to hiring waiters or do you specifically look for irresponsible rowdies?
It was never about the money, but if they had owned up to their mistake and showed the slightest bit of remorse rather smirk on their faces we might’ve actually not escalated this situation to this level.
Safe to say that I’m never heading here again, and also recommending everyone I know to never...

Very loud and irritating music, let me reiterate it, VERY Loud Music( I would rather prefer to say Noise than Music) Unpleasant behaviour by the Staff(May be only by the one who attended us), I will tell you why.
" The place was ment to be opend till 12AM(12 to 12 was the tag line of that restaurent), but we were informed at 9:50PM that we are about to close by 10 due to pandemic situations(Understandable), though we were unaware and had lot of food and drinks pending to be eaten and drank, we respected because it's a generic Govt rule, said okay and were rushing up, at 10PM the waiter who attended us came to us (Note:- Still there are atleast 10 customers in the place) and kind of shouted at us for still not completing the food and drinks(though we were trying to rush), He took a bottle and emptied it into one of my cousins glass( at that situation and by his Rude behaviour, it almost looked like he is forcefully pouring the drink in to his mouth). Even then we were trying to be gentle and said him brother don't worry we are about leave in another 5 mins and there was a disscussion for couple of minutes and finally the waiter "With a rude tone said " I have marked you ppl and next when you come here we will ask you to get out" . That's were we lost our cool and replied back " Are we fools to come back again to such a courtesy less place"
We came there to celebrate an occasion and left with a spoilt mood because of an unhealthy behaviour by the staff(the one who attend us).

On November 24/2023, I ordered the food from your restaurant, and got the food with the less quantities as mentioned as I have ordered 2 numbers of same item and both have less number of pieces (malai kabab) , and I know the establishment with high expectations, considering the positive reviews and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered included the malai kebab 2 numbers with have less quantities and informed and i didn’t get any resolution.
Despite attempting to address these concerns with the staff on site, the resolution was unsatisfactory, leaving me with a lingering sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I believe that a restaurant of your caliber should prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the standards that customers have come to expect.
I understand that challenges can arise, but the manner in which they are handled speaks volumes about the commitment to customer service. Regrettably, my recent experience has left me questioning whether I can recommend your establishment to others.
I urge you to thoroughly investigate the issues I've raised and take corrective measures to ensure that other patrons do not face similar disappointments. Customer loyalty is built on positive experiences, and I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to restore the reputation of your restaurant.
