Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your coffee shop located at Madras coffee house - Kay food street.
On May 1st, I visited your establishment for my regular coffee fix, and unfortunately, I encountered extremely rude behavior from one of your staff members. Despite approaching the counter politely and patiently waiting my turn, I was met with dismissive attitude and impolite responses. The staff member in question seemed disinterested in providing even basic customer service, which left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
As a loyal customer of your coffee shop, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the ambiance of your establishment. However, this recent encounter has tarnished my perception of your brand. Rude behavior from staff members is unacceptable and undermines the positive experience that your customers expect.
