McRennett Cakes — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Purchased Greenwalnut single cake and other items. Greenwalnut cake was so hard, I did complaint with customer service. But 2 days later Kolathur manager called and said it was fresh, he did not accept the fault. He said will call me after informing with his higher rep but did not bother to call me.

I have been using McaRennett from my child hood days. The cake will be so soft. But on that day it was hard.

Next day I purchased 1/2 kg green nut from Anna Nagar, it was so fresh and soft.

My concern is The cake night be in freezer for a long time, that might be the reason for cake being hard.

Kolathur there are not much people for buying so that it will not roll on. Some days it will sell some days it will not sell.

So if you want fresh cake please do not buy from...

One of worst ever bakery in the chennai .... No guest service....we itself need to take the products....they just do the billing ..... yesterday im a regular guest to mcr even ill too worked there for three yrs ...they qualify was going down day by day even local bakery will give good quality buy walnut pound cake yesterday it was half baked and un cooked .....what type of quality it was and ill give it to the higher government officer yesterday as a gift he is really disappointed on the taste and baking quality....so i need a quick response from mcrenett....i.will take this issue higer end .....did these guys dont know maida products unbaked means gut problem will be come i need a quick response from...

Had a very bad experience 2nd time in this branch, first time before 4 months I ordered a birthday cake, The cake was decorated so ugly and when I asked about that they didn't respond for that and blaming each other, now the second time yesterday bought a half kg cake and asked to write name in that, they wrote in yellow colour which was not visible in that white cake, when I asked them they replied u r always like this only and creating problems. They never accept their mistake and make you annoying. We usually buy from perambur branch there we had a good service, but here customer service is very worst and the staffs are not fit for this kind of...
