I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your showroom

I recently visited Indian Terrain Kolathur and purchased around shirts and trousers around 10 pieces

Unfortunately, my experience was far from worse

Lack of Proper Air Conditioning, The air conditioning system in the showroom was not functioning adequately. The environment was uncomfortable making it difficult to shop and try on clothes.

Noticed that there were no mirrors outside the trial rooms, which caused inconvenience. It is helpful make quicker decisions without having to go back into the trial room repeatedly.

Otherwise your staff service is excellent They did their best to assist me under the circumstances.

Good store of Indian Terrain with vast collection. Always discounted store so you can walk-in any time of the year and you will get some discount on your purchase. This is a factory outlet.
