Worst place, doesn't worth for 2520rs, there is a lot of small cockroaches we had to worry about getting in to our ears and take them to our houses, bathroom doesn't close properly we had to struggle alot to open after locking ourselves in, irritated face was kept always by one of the morning receptionist, she feels very irritated whenever we ask for something, donno how to behave professionally with customers, no one helps us to even open the door when we take luggage after checkout, they were just watching us struggling to go out with luggages. very small room and old AC in all of their rooms. I don't worry about spending money for nice hotels but it need to worth the money, but this hotel just worth for 1000 RS. This stays as an example for don't judge a book by its cover. Do yourself a favour and dont book any rooms here. Very worst than oyo hotels. I think Oyo hotels are better than this. Only plus this hotel has is location and that's it. I think we can get a 4-5 star rooms at a price of around 3000 it will be worth than spending 2520 in this hotel. Read moreWorst customer response. We have booked for a banquet for baby shower and due some unavoidable situation we need to cancel the function as per doctor advise. But while booking they informed that we cancel any time before one month from the day of function and refund amount will be returned without any chargers. But now when we ask them they are telling you can use it for toom booking or food. When we go for booking they behave very well but and will talk genuinely with customers but once booked they wont even reaponse for the things which we ask. I have never seen such a bad customer response. If you people cant keep up the words why do you give false statements to customers. You can directly inform them that once booked refund is not possible atleast customer will think and go. And Manager is always busy even if we go in personal he will not be available and they will not call us back and if we try to his number it will be switched off. Read moreI have given 3 star, actually this hotel deserves 5 star for food, this 3 star is purely because of the manager Elangovan for his attitude. I had taken their banquet hall on 27th October 2014 f9r my son 2nd birthday, their food was amazing everyone who came for the function enjoyed the food tp the core but when we finally billed they had cheated us in bill by charging foe extra plates when asked with Elangovan he was so arrogant and was using filthy language and we finally had to give whatever they billed. Now on 9th April 2018 one of my friend Jaiganesh was searching for a banquet hall and i suggested him with SRM Grand and also told about my incident but he also faced the same problem with Elangovan with extra billing and arrogant behavior
