1 star also not deserved, goibibo and oyo shows tariff, once you book and visit hotel with your family they will not respond and will say simply this tariff we cannot give room and talk to goibibo customer care. Only couples comes to do F.. K and because of their urgency they may pay extra charges at hotel. Hotel looks like bachelor people's mansion. Receptionist 1 girl and 2 boys really b..... d in the world. They made me to wait more then 1 hour and when I asked goibibo they given alternate arrangements. Till then they never respond one word also properly. They shows to customer that their hotel having many bookings but all bookings are couples only. Different business they are doing inside. They will not mind you if you go with family. If you have doubts you can go directly and evidence everything with real worst experience.
Located in gutter where puppies and cows goes for potty. Same the reception people looks also and their behavior also potty.
If you have real patience to stand 2 hours or spend more money then worth of hotel you can go.
They have one more hotel adjacent building oaks residency that also same condition.
Many North indians staying there like mansion, if you go with your wife they will see here and there with bad intention.

Read moreI was asking for a complete refund for this booking with Grand residency ...I booked for classic room , in website it shows as AC and booked for 740 rs..at the hotel ,on time of check-in they told AC is not in booking and need to pay another 300 rs ..I paid and they given key for room 509...lift was not working and went to 3 rd floor by stair and when opened the toilet,the wash basin water was black thick ,toilet seats were in dancing position...locked and back down asked for another good room ,given 503 ,water seems to be ok but full of mosquitoes and no latch(if on inside) or lock was nit working ,key hole sealed with paper.. I had to shorten the stay and leave the same day by 8 PM ..need a complete refund of the amount 740+300 I paid .. People beware,never book this hotel ,even oyo is not responding ,their help email id too shows wrong, proceeding to national consumer...
