Meen Samayal — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Meen Samayal. Not only was the order delayed significantly, but when I contacted them regarding a wrong item, I was shocked by the arrogant and careless response.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, the person replied bluntly: “Ok wrongly we did what we need to do now” – showing zero responsibility or concern for customer satisfaction.

It seems their priority is only to get payment, not to deliver the right service or food. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for any food business. Definitely not ordering from here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliability or...
