WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The level of Respect to customers is inversely proportional to the crowd in the restaurant.
I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala but was given a masala with fried chicken in it. When confronted the service person, he told me that IT IS chicken tikka masala.
Upon insisting again, he said he will check with the cook in the kitchen but didn't bother to check with anyone and simply started to do other work.
We had no other choice than to eat the same food as we were hungry as it was late in the afternoon and also we had travelled far just to have food here in this restaurant.
I tried to escalate the issue but nobody cared.
Such a WORST customer service. It was highly disappointing to be treated badly even though we pay a premium amount for the food and service.
People working in the Restaurant should learn that customer service is more important...

Our experience was very bad at this Restaurant. From the looks it was very promising.
Located on the main road with ample parking space. We went here on our way back from Catherine falls.
When we arrived, at around 2:15 in noon. We were told that only Chicken Biryani and Veg biryani is available.
By the time we could place order, the options leaned down further. As we were starving, we went for the offered chicken fried rice, the chicken used was stale.
Also the fresh lime soda was not served cold and syrup was used instead of fresh lime.
May be it was a bad day for us to have our lunch there or the cook was simply not in mood.
I have experienced this in all my trips. You end up looking for a hotel, find one and end up cribbing as the experience was not as expected.
Never the less, visit Kotagiri. It is away from the rush of Ooty and offers serene...

we were staying in a homestay nearby and wanted to get some food packed. they do not provide curry items packed as take away. but we manged to get some roti/naan and some chicken dry items packed. we also got 2 beer bottles which seemed very costly, 1 carlsburg strong 650 ml bottle Rs.@260 while you get it for 150 at local Tasmac shop. its a reataurant/bar, so the price may be normal.food was good and there is parking space available in front of the restaurant and even on oppsite side of the road.
