So I visited this place with family on 1st July, at about 9:30 pm. Being a Saturday night, it was crowded as usual so we waited, for 10 MINS. Then we had to call a waiter who was chatting with another guy TWICE before the table was cleaned. Then waited for about another 20 MINS before a guy finally took our order.

Now here comes the best part. The guy who took our order returns after 5 MINS and casually announces that kitchen is closed! Then he proceeded to explain that the kitchen closes at 9:30! LIKE DUDE WE WERE LITERALLY THERE FOR 35 MINS! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?

So there you go, the place with the worst service ever. The bare minimum they could've done is to notify us that service is closed when we sat down. Hands down the most incompetent service I've ever witnessed. Would never go...

Very much disappointed with puppy’s bakery.. I ordered cake for the bday party with some photos on it... but cake was not coming well as expected and couldn’t able to cut the take even .. they are not taking care of what we order .. and they don’t mention prizes for cake they ll think and tell us whatever they have in their mind at the moment . Not worth fir Money .. I invested lakhs of money fir the celebration but puppy’s cake was not coming as expected .. in thermacol they pasted the photos. Pls understand the customer requirement and do the customisation .. kadamaiku nu panathennga.. that chef is not even hearing our words he simply tell the other person that take the bill from him and gone away ... don’t disappoint us in the party time .. I definitely won’t refer my friends and relatives .. not worth...

Used to be good place for cake and customer service. Total disappointment yesterday. Order 1/2 kg cake for 6 PM a day ago. Yesterday 5:30 PM got a call saying ur cake is not available. When enquired all orders of 1 Kg cakes are available but not 1/2 kg cake that I ordered. Not a place for 1/2 kg cake customer anymore I believe. If u r not providing 1/2 kg cakes pls remove those from ur pamplets and websites.

5/11/21 - Here again after ten months and still it’s 0 star service. Ordered cake for today on 1st November @ 2 PM. Called shop at 3:30 PM and response I got is will check with production team and get back. After that no calls and no response to calls/ messages. Pathetic service from well renowned bakery...
