Handwash area - the handwash liquid is pathetic, my advice to bring hand wash liquid from home. d. Seating arrangement - 4 can accommodate comfortable per table e. AC hall is bit congested. f. For dining-alone and a quick bite you can consider this hotel g. You can get the food through online order h. Same day delivery is applicable

Service: a. I've reduced the rating from 5 to 2. b. There are a few waiters are super busy in handling themselves. c. Before you enter the hotel, have patience d. My suggestion while ordering the food, better ask the waiter because there a few times may reflect in the menu card (even though timing mentioned) but not available e. Kitchen to table timing - maximum 7 - 10 mins

Food: a. I ordered Masala Kulcha - But I received Kulcha without masala b. I found a hair in the Corn Manchurian gravy Note: The waiter took the gravy and went off for a few mins, Later I inquired he said they are preparing a new dish (keep the customer posted on the status) c. Too much oil in the food. (instruct the waiter to reduce the oil content while cooking)

Others: a. If the chairs are available, make the customers to sit. My wife, My kid, and I went for the lunch, though the seats were available, the waiter asked me to wait for sometime. b. Bit of hospitality is expected from the waiters
