Shangai Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have had Chinese food in a lot of restaurants, both fancy and normal. I have tasted Chinese food all over the world. I would say that food in this restaurant can give heavy competition to some of the top chinese restaurants. I have been a regular to this restaurant for a long time now, and I feel it's high time I write my review.

Food: Excellent is an understatement. Their food is amazing. The crispy chicken or beef and the roasted beef are to die for. All their food has good flavor, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. This is not just my opinion, but I have referred many of my friends and family to this place, and all of them love it.

Service: Special call out to Shanghai Raju, who I believe is the owner. He, along with his courteous staff, is doing an excellent job in maintaining customer service.

Ambiance: I was not expecting them to have an AC dine in, considering that it's a small restaurant. But to my surprise, they do have AC dine in, and its decent and comfortable. You can go as a family to dine here.

I ordered Chilly chicken and Chicken Noodles from this restaurant from Swiggy and had a very pathetic experience. I found a half roasted housefly in the food along with spoilt meat. When I split open the chicken piece, it was black in color. They've been using old meat and cooking under unhygienic conditions. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I had a worst experience with this restaurant.

I have been ordering at this restaurant like 5 to 10 times through online. Once I went directly to buy the food. I ordered an gravy dish and was waiting outside the restaurant were the actual cooking happens.
