Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had a very disappointing experience at the Wow Momo branch in Maduravoyal. The air conditioning inside the shop was barely working—it was actually hotter inside than outside, making the wait extremely uncomfortable. I ordered a combo meal and takeaway, and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. I followed up three times over the next 30 minutes, but the staff kept repeating “2 minutes” with no explanation or update.

The combo included only Pepsi, with no option to choose any other drink. I don’t like or recommend Pepsi or Coke, and when I raised this, there was no alternative offered. "The staff showed no courtesy or concern—even when I commented that I was paying not just for the food but also for the poor hospitality in a hot environment".

I paid Rs. 640.48, including Rs. 30.48 GST—for bad service, limited choices, and an uncomfortable atmosphere. I definitely would not recommend this branch.

I recently visited Wow Momo's, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The moment I walked in, I was excited to try their famous momos, but the wait to place my order was unexpectedly long. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, it took an inordinate amount of time to get the staff's attention and place my order.

One of the worst place I ever seen. Too pricy for the quantity they serve. And also price on menu card and bill is higher. When we ask they say it’s tax. Ex: veg classic momo on menu card it mentioned as 99/- but on bill it’s 139/- plus GST. White collar thief they are. I will never ever gonna try wow Momo anymore and won’t suggest for anyone. There so many shop who severs fresh and tasty momos lesser price. And here they are just heating stored momos. Attaching the bill...
