Ample dining place. Not much crowded. When I visited I see only less people dine in mostly swiggy and zomato orders. Parking place is available. Service is good. Can be improved. We had Chicken Biriyani. Taste is good. Biriyani is not too spicy. It's normal, children can also have. Quality and quantity is good for the price. 1 person can have one full Biriyani alone. Quantity is tat much. If you order side dish. Better order one biriyani and share they provide some 5-6 pieces. 1 Chicken Biriyani costs Rs.231. Overall good experience.

Very good location and very good taste non vegetarian food items available in Maduravayal. Very clean rest room and Road side parking facilities only. Food items very good and tasty but some Food items quality valuable for our money. Normal staff good maintained and clean restrooms. Very close to Mgr university and bus terminal. Very clos to school and college and business center available. Salem RR only very Clean outside very poor maintain but inside Salem RR OK good. Overall good

Very bad customer service. I had an issue where the mutton briyani I was served barely has any mutton but only 2 bones and when I asked them about it, the way how they addressed me was very inappropriate. Mutton briyani was similar to plain briyani. Local shops where cost of food is half of what they sell here do better service than them. It's better you don't waste your hard-earned money in this place. Don't be fooled by the brand name or flashy board.

Went there for lunch with my friend.

Chicken briyani : No differentiating flavor. Chicken was dry. No VFM.

Grill chicken: Served under cooked meat. Had to reheat on request again. Grill chicken personally had a flavor of soup bullions.

Service : well, till you don't complain you receive a polite response. Waiting time post ordering is long. It's like they don't want to hear a bad thing. Once you complain they literally don't feel responsible to even answer.

Verdict: strong NO, unless you want to waste your hard...

This is a big group of biryani outlets and has many branches in Chennai. In a city which abounds in biryani outlets there is nothing special here. The biryani is extremely spicy and the flavors are not great. With such a big brand name, the owners need to look into the taste aspect of the food that they serve. After all taste is the core of the matter. Just depending on employees will not help in improvement. Please give me a like if you found my review useful. Suggestions are most welcome....
