Very Worst experience, food quality is very worst may be I should have checked below reviews before entering . Please don’t waste your money. Thanks for genuine feedback by others.

The message you replied shows, how you handle your customers and work on feedback. The displayed menu not served in buffet 699+taxes ( Even we Pay same for Other bbq restaurant) Your staff guided wrongly as I will get 15 discounts for HDFC, but still my complaints are not about payment,only on the quality of Food and giving wrong information. After serving each menus why your staff are asking, shall I provide bill if completed. This doesn’t sound professional. 4.Also I asked for normal water till end normal water was not provided. 5.ideally you should have informed prior on the items whichever not available. Not sure it’s your business tactics to inform customers in the middle. So that customers not getting any options rather paying the bill. Chicken were un cooked, I highlighted to the staff he also accepted it 7.Deserts jamun was very hard, I asked your staff to taste it. But they neglected. 8.Main course items were almost dry and sticky in the vessel’s Be transparent with customers so that you will not face these issues in future Focus on your quality, I have seen many customers complaining on the same issues which i experienced in your restaurant. Finally it’s a learning for customers like me. After paying huge money it’s not value for money.

Worst restaurant ever, Manager talk very rood behavior, they are using the people incompetence of knowledge, I'm ordered through zomato, when I'm ordered immediately call the restaurant and confirm the order status and I'm already mentioned the cooking note, women attend the call and she answered the status and I'm requesting to change the menu through call, she agreed and I'm called and reached delivery partner to confirm the menu changes, delivery person requesting the manager(men) to speak through the phone but he simply refused and cut the call twise and he ignored delivery person requesting simply, after that zomato customer care person contact me and customer care agreed to change the menu as per my request if hotel management accept the changes! Zomato not restrict the changes, but my point of view that men refused to attend the call, total order amount INR:526.94, problem: I don't know that women presence in hotel or some where, simple communication misunderstanding, but taking to business that simple communication lag is lead to big failure of any kind of business. Absolutely Disappointed!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Visited the Sindhu Barbecue at Ambattur Oragadam hoping for a decent meal, but it turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish.

Service? What service?! The staff were completely unresponsive and clueless. We had to call them multiple times just to get water and basic cutlery.

Food quality – below average. Barbecue items were either burnt or undercooked, with no proper marination. Some of the dishes tasted stale and reheated. The buffet was cold, dry, and lacked any flavor or freshness. Cleanliness is a joke. Tables were sticky, plates looked poorly washed, and even the wash area was unhygienic. This place does not feel safe for eating, especially with kids or elders.

Ambience – Loud and messy. The atmosphere was chaotic, poorly lit, and extremely noisy. No proper ventilation, and AC barely worked. Complete waste of money. For the price they charge, this place is nowhere near worth it. You’ll leave more frustrated than full.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this place truly deserves to be called out. Management seriously needs to wake up and fix things – or risk losing all customers. I will definitely not be returning and don’t recommend anyone waste their time...
