Feedback on Rotten Egg Fried Rice Order via Zomato resturant name [SS Hyderabad Biryani - Ambattur Oragadam]

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent order placed through Zomato on today [17/11/2024].

Unfortunately, the egg fried rice I received was in an unacceptable condition, as it was spoiled and appeared rotten.

Issue Details:

The dish had a strong, foul smell and tasted off, indicating that it was not fresh and possibly spoiled.

It’s got his fame for tasty biriyani in and around the area. And not forget about the quantity of portion being served. The quantity of biriyani and any other dish is worth satisfying that if you order one plate two normal eating persons can share it.

SS Hyderabad biriyani has got several outlets, but very few are those which has got fried chicken and shewarma in their menu and this outlet is one of them. They have increased their cost gradually since 2010. I still remember that l got very delicious and a filling amount of chicken biriyani for ₹110/120 rupees but at present the price is ₹280 for chicken and 320 for mutton biriyani. I don’t feel the pricing is right because I didn’t observe any change in taste or quantity. They are the same. But for that price you get even more tastier biriyani or even little cheaper.

Excellent biryani, Excellent taste, Excellent quantity only in the case of chicken biryani not in mutton biryani in mutton biryani you are likely to find more bones than meat.starters cost as much as the biryani and not that much good quality too. They have forgotten their roots and are now after profit. They are exploiting the market and the price of mutton biryani is staggering. They are charging almost close to a star hotel price for mutton biryani. And the mutton piece is sometimes a huge piece of bone with a little meat on it. You can't even argue with them just don't buy mutton biryani. It's definitely not worth the cost.just go with chicken biryani.
