Crowded excellent flavoured Andra mess in Tambaram Sanatorium but disappointed with what's mentioned in the menu and what you get. As a new customer, double check your order.

I ordered chicken lollipop which was mentioned 6 pieces but what I got was 4 pieces of Chinese chicken lollipop which was really sweet. On querying why I got 4 piece of different dish, the server blamed it on the menu card not being updated or new menu card is missing. Ideally if he had accepted the mistake of not sharingel the change in number of pieces while giving order, I would have calmed down but he kept blaming everything else rather than his inability to handle the crowd & orders.

Adding to the trauma, the billing person had no control of the serving team. Server kid kept saying the same thing to the billing person as well and the billing person couldn't make the server kid understand his mistake. It almost felt like they might hit each other any time.

In the customer oriented industry, you should never miss out on such minor things. Always keep your customer at the centre so that you can grow and reach new heights.

This place will really surprise you with their awesome food or shoot you down with disappointment with such behaviours with management. I have been here for so many years and unfortunately, had to give my review on a negative note. Don't make these comments stop you from trying this place. It's spacious and have 45-50 peoples siting capacity. Don't go on zomato enlisted menu, coz they have lots of other item more. Here we order chicken meal and they serve it on big banana leaf. The meal has chutney, kootu, lady finger pakora, papad, curd, a full bowl chicken curry which contains 7-8 pieces of chicken and rice. In gravy they give buttermilk, spicy samber, rasam as well. And pickle, podi and gingerly oil is complementary for every meal. So it's a full loaded meal, don't you dare to take extra rice after completing the first portion . I recommend you that. And we order paneer dosai and egg veech parota. They give white chutney, tomato chutney samber as well.

Now come to taste. Each and every thing is taste really good. Who never tries the podi masala with gingerly oil, i recommend them to have it once. From the start of pakora to end with curd everything have its own good taste and flavour. It's just opposite to mepz, near the foot over bridge. Worst food quality i ordered mutton fry tonight and delivered thru swiggy only with mutton bones,. Actully I dint order for my dogs but they delivered for my dog with only huge two bones and some onions covered with it. I called restaurant and said that is this not fare enough to scam like just for 300rs you have delivered such worst quality of at 10.30pm in the night, he said he will call back in 2 mins and i did not hear back from him,. By this itself we can understand how is their customer service,.we were waiting for the food in so much hungry and it was so disappointing. It is not about the money, its about the food for hungry stomach,. The pain of waiting for the food and if the food is not eatable just think how the stomach curse them.
