Sri Motel Highway(Jain's) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Dear sir We ordered 2 meals, one dosa, one chappathi,one sambar rice today(22/10/2024) at 2.45 pm. The bill amt was Rs. 509.The meals served was very worst.nothing was good.sambar prepared prepared freshly without any taste and watery too.Kootu poriyal chutni also worst except karakolambu.

For sambar sadam, they just pour sambar with eice and served. I tasted the same meals sambar and sambar rice both were same.The blend and ingredients with which to be prepared was not there. Dosa chutney they served was wrotten. I experienced the same issue many times and complained to bearer. Chapathi was very hard. My son thrown the same without eating. I fired the cashiers like anything I travel regularly to Chennai from Arakkonam. Whenever i pass, i used to have food over here only. But today it was disgusting. We pay for the food what we ordered. This used to be our standard stop for breakfast or dinner while travelling through the highway. Had dinner today with my family, some ordered southindian dish and some including me Had chapatti which was so bad, uncooked, had stale taste, after complaining they brought another piece which was again same, my husband had masala dosa and said the masala was good and suggested to go for poori , as both are served with same potato gravy, to my disappointment the poori were good but then side dish (potato) was completely different from wht my husband got for his dosa, this was cold and super sticky(verge of going stale), we ordered another set to see if anything changes but NO . Worst experience we had in Motel Highway jain padmavathi party hall During function time around 10.30AM First thing morning toilet drainage cleaning process on going which gives very bad smell around 30 min Secondly old food cleaning process also going on 11 A.
