A Disappointing Experience
I have been a long-time customer of SRM Sweets and always enjoyed their quality products and good service. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of basic respect and courtesy from the new employees.
It seems that after the management change, the staff's attitude towards customers has drastically deteriorated.
A business should always value its customers, but here, it felt like they didn’t care whether we returned or not. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality-driven industry like this.
I hope the management takes immediate steps to train their staff (especially the new person in the billing )on proper customer service and ensure that respect and courtesy remain a priority.
