Hotel Gokul Grande — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hotel Gokul grand is located approximately nearer to the bustand. It has Air-conditioned rooms as well as non Air conditioned rooms, The hotel also holds a food court and mini halls for meetings and party. The most important thing is the clean and neat environment inside the hotel as well as inside the living room. Everything what they quoted are well working and true including wi-fi, television, intercoms, breakfast. Let we start from breakfast the food provided them was really nice and tasty it holds around 3 dishes with 2 different chutney and sambar along with some spices. The management provides the best hospitality and service. The rooms are provided with well furnished bathrooms with 24 hour hot water facility and cold water facility. The provide us small soap, shampoo satche as compliment. The room service was neat the credit goes to the house keeping team .they clean the rooms and dustbins and make the place hygenic. The rooms consists of television with native as well as international channel display. the hotel is located in a main area which is near to many hotels and grocery stores The hotel offers best accomodation at satisfying sum of money. I personally went there and experienced each thing clearly for the review. The hotel will provide best accomodation for business class people and also it offers rooms for average people's also. They also provide 24 hrs drinking water which is R.O treated..The hotel also offer outside foos for lunch and dinner. They offer free breakfast and other foods for return for money .the hotel offered a accomodation...

Located near bus stand, not in a very feel good area. Parking was peaceful but price was not reasonable. We were first provided a big room which was huge, but it smelling like someone smoked cannabis there. I informed the management (a guy who was busy playing rummy online) and they shifted us to a smaller room for the same price (which is not reasonable nor worth at all) the blankets were dirty, but they provided hot water 24/7, that was the main pro staying here. The person who showed us our room kept opening our room without consent. We had to pay him 20rs for water bottle for which he did this 4-5times (we didnt have change that time) being a tier two city, charging this much does not explain the quality they provide.

I should have called the police for the cannabis smell, but we didn’t want to take any risks since the place seemed a creepy.

We booked for 4 person (3Adults and 1kid) they charged for all 4 but they gave only 1 bed and 1 towel, bathroom was leaking, nothing was working in the room, at last when the check out time came we asked for 1 hour and agreed to pay late payment. When we came to checkout, they asked for INR1000 for late, still we agreed to pay but requested for a receipt for the money which we pay, the guy at the reception refused to give any receipt. Is this money accountable?? Is this the normal way this hotel function?? Is this how they treat customers??? Is this how they take money without showing any income to the authorities?? Is this money going to the owner or workers?? Is it not illegal to refuse receipt for any payment made??
