I ordered one piece bonda, but they refused to give as single piece. Instead of that, the forced me to order a plate of bonda (2 nos). But i need only one piece. As a hotel or snack Shop, you have to bill for what We have eaten. But in your perambur outlet near perambur subway, they didn't give me the bonda as single piece. They repeatedly telling that, the machine billing system is build-up as 2 pieces of bonda as a plate and also no option for them to provide only one piece. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable one. Worst A2B...

Tasted the worst pani puri ever in my life. they gave 5 pani puri for Rs 50/- which were all broken from bottom and did not hold even one drop of pani. Apart from potato there was no other toping in the Puri. Even a street vendor will put some sev, onion, chana etc, which is mandatory. Even the Pani look like normal tap water it was not even sour. Pani was given in a small chutney bowl. ..how can anyone have pani puri with that two spoon of water... anyway Puri was broken so definitely it will not hold any water. Will never prefer to go...

Even though we customers enjoy the food the service is simply slow and lazy. There is no respect for customers or for what they ask. I asked for a butter paper to be placed over the sweets while packing for which they countered saying it will be just all right and there is no need. Just provide for customers needs.i had to wait to bill just one product for more than 14 mins. Just a...
