Supreme Seafood - Online Fish delivery Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have ordered frequently from here and find the quality acceptable but price on the higher side. Lately I find that there is a problem with the weight loss of the sea food supplied and when questioned they give dodgy reply like wastage. If you charge a premium price you have to ensure that you deliver a right weight of the product with reasonable wastage else it is amounting to cheating.

In response to your reply, today I ordered 500g of shark among other items. To my surprise just one fillet of it weighed only 375g with the box. Your staff on questioning reply that skin and bone have been removed. How much skin and bone can possibly weigh in a fillet? I have received correct weight in earlier orders. The same is the case with Kelangan. Ordered 1.0 kg received 650gms. I know for a fact that 350g is not lost in just gutting the fish without removing the head. I know this because I have bought whole fish from you and cleaned it at home. At the most there is a loss of 125to 150 gms Instead of trying to convince a customer that they are wrong, you need to educate your staff to deliver the correct weight and...

I am editing my below feedback, rated 5 star earlier and revising the same to 1 star. I have used supreme seafood for few times earlier and I am really amazed with the way it's been delivered so fresh, clean and neat. The fish looked stiff and fresh which I received today. We felt some sort of chemicals been added to the seafood to make it look stiff and fresh also the water washed released greasy texture. After cooking we realised that the fish and the prawns received today is certainly with the mix of some chemicals. Highly disappointed.

Mussels have been our fav being from malabar.However, it was always difficult to in Bangalore. It was the fav of my mom and when she visited me she expressed her desire to eat Mussel.
