Quality and taste is amazing. We went there on Karthigai deepam to buy prasad. There were a few senior citizens waiting too. The exact prasad all of us were waiting for had been unloaded from the delivery vehicle. Despite all of us requesting to give us out requirements and then proceed with their stock taking, the personnel there and the person at the bill counter refused. Infact it was the vehicle driver who did the unloading and not the girl at the sales counter. After making us wait for a long time, they informed that 1 variety of sweet of the two types used for Pooja was not there. It was very distressing to watch the two old men leave with disappointment. It's ok if they didn't receive it from their head office, but making everyone stand for a long time and then telling the item was not there was very unprofessional. One of the senior persons mentioned that it just showed their arrogance because their products are in demand. They should improve in customer service. Taste alone...

With regard to payment online , the service is worst in T.nagar and at Kk nagar. Though I am ready to pay through Gpay well in advance they are not accepting. I ordered over phone and they told me the amount and when I asked the Gpay number , then the problem started. Since I wanted to collect it through courier, they asked me to order through that courier company and pay to them and in turn they will make the payment to Suswaad and collect it and deliver to me. I spent more than 20 minutes in explaining and ready to pay the amount but they are not accepting. They said that it is the policy of the company. Taste and Quality is excellent but the customer service from Staff at this kk Nagar branch is worst they are working like watch worker. Today in lockdown the shop is suspose to close by 2pm and I reached there by 2pm sharp shop is open but they telling a/c is closed so we will not sell. What kind of attitude of these workers.
