Read moreDuring our recent journey, we had the pleasure of dining at Radisson Salem’s exquisite restaurant on both our outward and return trips. The experience was nothing short of remarkable, truly deserving of its 5-star rating.
From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the stage for a memorable evening. The elegant decor and soft lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of travel.
The service was impeccable, and a special mention must be made of Vishnu, who served us. His service was outstanding, with no words to describe the level of attention and care he provided. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors. The ingredients were fresh, and the attention to detail in the preparation was evident in every bite. Whether it was the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, each course was a delight to the senses.
What made our dining experience even more special was the consistency in quality and service on both occasions. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards, and Radisson Salem has certainly set the bar high.
In conclusion, our dinners at Radisson Salem were exceptional in every aspect. It’s a gem of a restaurant that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. We look forward to returning...
Read morePossibly the worst place to eat in Salem. Went here thinking it’ll be amazing as it’s in a good hotel in Salem but the food was totally disgusting. Came home and slept, but throughout the night threw up over 5-6 times starting 2am. Had to get admitted in the hospital in the morning and take drips since the condition became very serious. Seriously considering suing this place for its worst quality of food. They are serving old meat, which I think might have been the cause of this problem.
Also ordered prawn, which was very hard and smelled odd. In the end ordered rasamali, which they took from the buffet and served us. They put a rasagulla inside a yellow colored milk and called it rasamali. Worst food, worst chef. The ambience is good as it’s in five star hotel and our waiter was also kind.
One more thing, before going there I called to reserve a table with the manager. The attitude of his is also worst. His name is Sathish. I said wanted to reserve a table, he said “ok” and didn’t even asking how many people or the booking name. How will he reserve a table for us then!? Seriously will never even go back near this place.
My family Had to suffer stomachache for 4 days. And as I said one member had to get admitted in the hospital. This place is sick to the stomach and disgusting. Please...
