A Fresh Burst of Flavor and Warmth

Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, Tangerine is more than just a place to eat—it's an experience that leaves you feeling welcomed, satisfied, and eager to return. From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern charm and casual comfort, setting the tone for an exceptional dining outing.

The menu at Tangerine is thoughtfully curated, offering a vibrant selection of dishes that burst with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether you're in the mood for hearty mains, inventive small plates, or a refreshing salad, there's something here for every palate. Standouts include their tangy citrus-marinated grilled chicken, the smoky eggplant dip, and a dessert menu that turns simple fruits into gourmet masterpieces.

But what truly elevates Tangerine is the service—particularly from the incredible team of Salman and Vetri. Salman exudes warmth and attentiveness, always ensuring guests feel heard and cared for without ever being overbearing. Vetri brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to the dining room, offering excellent recommendations with a genuine passion for the food. Together, they create an atmosphere that feels personal and inviting, transforming a good meal into a memorable experience.

The efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, led in part by Salman and Vetri, are as noteworthy as the food itself. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, they make every guest feel like family.

In a city full of dining options, Tangerine stands out not only for its bold flavors and fresh approach to food but also for the people who make it shine. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal served with heart. Highly...

During our recent journey, we had the pleasure of dining at Radisson Salem’s exquisite restaurant on both our outward and return trips. The experience was nothing short of remarkable, truly deserving of its 5-star rating.

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the stage for a memorable evening. The elegant decor and soft lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of travel.

The service was impeccable, and a special mention must be made of Vishnu, who served us. His service was outstanding, with no words to describe the level of attention and care he provided. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, making us feel truly valued as guests.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors. The ingredients were fresh, and the attention to detail in the preparation was evident in every bite. Whether it was the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, each course was a delight to the senses.

What made our dining experience even more special was the consistency in quality and service on both occasions. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards, and Radisson Salem has certainly set the bar high.

In conclusion, our dinners at Radisson Salem were exceptional in every aspect. It’s a gem of a restaurant that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. We look forward to returning...

Possibly the worst place to eat in Salem. Went here thinking it’ll be amazing as it’s in a good hotel in Salem but the food was totally disgusting. Came home and slept, but throughout the night threw up over 5-6 times starting 2am. Had to get admitted in the hospital in the morning and take drips since the condition became very serious. Seriously considering suing this place for its worst quality of food. They are serving old meat, which I think might have been the cause of this problem.

Also ordered prawn, which was very hard and smelled odd. In the end ordered rasamali, which they took from the buffet and served us. They put a rasagulla inside a yellow colored milk and called it rasamali. Worst food, worst chef. The ambience is good as it’s in five star hotel and our waiter was also kind.

One more thing, before going there I called to reserve a table with the manager. The attitude of his is also worst. His name is Sathish. I said wanted to reserve a table, he said “ok” and didn’t even asking how many people or the booking name. How will he reserve a table for us then!? Seriously will never even go back near this place.

My family Had to suffer stomachache for 4 days. And as I said one member had to get admitted in the hospital. This place is sick to the stomach and disgusting. Please...

Reaching - on the highway , but need to cut across the road. Be careful. Parking - plenty Food - we ordered alacarte. The lunch buffet was 1000/- + GST. Chicken biryani - light and hot. Chicken was tender and well done. If you like your biryani a little fatty then you may not like it as much. Prawn ghee roast - ( review by dad as I did not have ) the marinating is insufficient hence the prawns feel almost seperated from the gravy. Mutton fry - too much marinade the taste of mutton lost completely. Raitha - was perfect , almost homemade. Not watery , not too thick just was missing some chilli there. Curd rice - came too late so got it packed and was taken by a relative so can’t review. Service - afternoon seems a very busy time. The staff are coordinating the buffet and in more than one table I notice alacarte orders delayed. Guests walking up to the waiters and requesting to check on the orders. Also waiting time for food is about 20min ( so don’t come in hungry and expect order to come in fast)

2 stars just for the ambience and the Chicken Alfredo Spaghetti - barring these the rest were a disaster. The fish was rock hard, tasted frozen and was impossible to chew. The mutton was thready and chewy. We ordered Tofu and Brocolli as a vegan option and insisted multiple times not to add any cheese or butter or any dairy for that matter. First they brought a Brocolli salad with just Brocolli and pepper topped. Tofu was missing. When asked about it, they said they will bring the correct dish this time and took away the salad. Later they brought something with Brocolli, "Tofu" and baby corn. One bite and we were able to realise they tried to pass off Panneer as Tofu. Very unprofessional and a bit sketchy too. Disappointing lunch overall.

What a wonderful experience I had at this place, friendly staff, beautiful decor, the food although a tad expensive was really wonderful, you don't feel bad paying a little more for the quality of the food that comes out of this restaurant, really want to give a shoutout to the chef in this Restaurant, I've been around quite a few places, the pasta was really good, the vegitables were cut to proportion! I really enjoyed my experience here, you will too if you head on over to this place, it has all you can eat buffet as well, along with valet parking and all goodies that comes with the posh hotel!
