I am writing this Review to express my shock when they refused to give us Waffles after we went and stood there at 12:30 am travelling 4km just because it was open till 1am. He just told us that they're done for the day and asked us to leave, even though we asked them to give whatever was available. What was most shocking was the fact that "we did have Waffles that night from this same shop, but when we ordered online after 20 minutes through Zomato!!" Discrimination at it's peak! Denial for customers at the doorstep, but satisfying orders placed elsewhere. RIP Logic!! I've never seen this kind of Discrimination elsewhere, especially from a renowned chain like Belgian Waffles. I don't expect any kind of reasoning from the Shop owners, because there isn't...

Orders for waffles and immediately after ordering the current went off...they asked me to wait and later they asked me come after sometime since the current had not returned...I came after 2 hrs only to realise the current didn't return and they asked again to come after 2pm..I had already given my contact number to manger to call me once the current returns but he never called me...now the when I told them I can't keep coming again and again I asked for refund ..they told me since no current it will take 3 days for return..only after I raised my voice saying I paid via gpay give me a return via gpay ...and still they delayed the process for 20 min..after much reluctance they gave me a refund.. Pathetic service PLESE...
