Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

The price structure makes it look like they are a well established franchise, but nothing reflects in the taste.

We had Chicken cheese momo, which had nothing but chicken and cheese in some kind of molded form. Looks like it was made long time ago and reheated. But the reheating was not done enough to even melt the cheese, even for a cheese lover as me, it was horrible and flavorless. The sauce wasn't good either, as I could only taste the chillis and other flavors were missing.

We took pan fried chicken cheese momos, which looked good only in pictures. We were expecting a saucy one, but it was the chilli sauce again just topped on top of momos, which we could've done ourself.

Darjeeling veg momo was the only bearable option, because of the stuffing, but stuffing felt so dry in the mouth. Well fresh steamed momos shouldn't feel that way. If franchises can only resort to reheated stuff, it's not worth paying the price they ask for.

This outlet is one of the worst I have ever seen in life. I ordered at 4.07 pm today and didn't got it even after 2 hours. I have called swiggy after lost my patience and they informed me that this restaurant cancelled my order. The issue is not the cancellation part but lack of communication from them about the order, if they have mentioned it is cancelled I would have not waited 2 hours, even the swiggy person complained about this outlet that they are not communicating properly.
