An appealing family dining restaurant, Vasco’s is usually packed during rush hours, especially during weekend and Sunday brunch. The family restaurant offers has a cheerful vibe as gleeful kids happily venture to the extensive buffet to fill their plates with delicious cold cuts, tasty mezze and attractive cold appetizers. The cup cakes icing section for is very interesting especially for kids.

Treat your taste buds to well craft menu prepared by trained chef using authentic recipes of innovative global cuisines. There are few live stations where you can enjoy delectable food in North Indian, Continental and Asian Cuisine. The appetizer station offers two amazing vegetarian and two non vegetarian food options. The thin crust wood fried pizza is amazing. Sushi and Tepiyanki is prepared in front of you and as per your choice. The buffet includes at least eight Continental, six Indian and almost six Asian main course dishes .an array of soft and yummy dimsums is very tempting. The dessert spread is interesting with delicious Halwa and at least super delicious thirteen varieties of bakery desserts including Cakes, Chocolate mousse, Live crepes with lot of super delicious toppings and varieties of ice creams. Tepyanki Icecream is not to be missed.

This all day dining restaurant is placed in Posh Hotel Hilton In Chennai, which is located at124/1, JN Salai, Guindy, Chennai. The elevated private dining room offers a bird eye view of the chic and elegantly designed restaurant. The fine dining restaurant boasts of modern furnishings and comfortable indoor seating arrangements with city view from one corner and beautiful restaurant as a backdrop from the other. The path towards this restaurant gives you lovely glimpse of the beautifully designed bar lounge. The staff is enthusiastic and they attend to all dining needs of the guests.

The relaxed ambience and top quality food ensures a lovely fine dining experience. The place is most suitable for family dinner and lunches and birthday celebrations with kids. Have a mind-blowing dining experience with your kids at Vasco’s at Hotel Hilton.

So, choose the time slot just make sure that you get your booking done before the dining...

Had great experiences in the past in this restaurant, where the food and service was excellent. This particular trip to the restaurant on last Saturday was disappointing by Hilton standards. Had visited the place with a group of family friends to celebrate birthdays for two people. The plus side of the trip was that we enjoyed the dinner tremendously, with a lot of good time in the restaurant. The staff were pleasant and prompt most of the time, and went out of their way to make the experience a memorable one. The photo opportunities in the lobby were very good, with the wonderful decor adding to the ambience. The available food was good and nice, but there in was the catch, bringing us to the small dampeners of the evening. The buffet spread was quite limited by Hilton standards I had come to expect over the years. Most probably because of the covid situation, demand cannot be anticipated accurately, leading to this particular limitation. This was compounded by the fact that some dishes were not re-filled in time, especially the starters, which are normally consumed the most. This led to multiple trips to the counters to check if the starters had been re-filled. The small surprise was that when we asked for a cake to surprise the 'celebratees', were told that we should have informed at the time of the booking (which unfortunately was done by the 'celebratees'). The end result was that the staff had to perform heroics to call back the pastry counter chef who had closed up after 8 am, get us the only cake left in the pastry shop and we had to pay for the cake as well (our experience has been that the hotel provides the cake as a compliment in other hotels). Anyway, hoping that this was an aberration, and that Hilton is going to be back to its high standards with the covid situation becoming more controlled and...

Had gone for lunch. Opted for buffet. Had the worst experience ever. Service was pathetic. They invite you with the brightest smile and that’s the warmest greeting u will ever get. We had to remind them multiple times to remove the plates. Plates weren’t removed even after those reminders. We entered the buffet at 2:00 pm. At 2:45 pm, we were told to take the food we want and keep it at our tables since they close at 3. They literally started emptying the counters at 3 even though there were multiple customers. I have not heard or been in places that literally shuts down when people are eating. We had asked twice to fill our glasses with warm water and it wasn’t done. They were in a motive to send all the customers out rather than being hapi to serve them. The live counters were closed sharp at three. The management should better give a heads up when customers enter, stating that the place shuts down at three even if customers were eating. We noticed they had asked for feedback with others and left us out.coz I am damn sure they knew we weren’t happy. Worst experience ever. At least the service should have been good, if the food wasn’t going to be exceptional.

Skip!!skip their pani puri. It could not taste this bad in any place.

Paying 2100+tax per person and we hardly ate anything. Not...

Average tasting food, decent spread for main course, poor service. booked for dinner buffet through dineout. we were given the last table and ambience was good and restaurant was quiet. even the restaurant was full we were able to have our food without noise / disturbance from nearby tables. not sure it is because of the table location or lack of resources they took 20 mins to even fill water. there were few items in the live counter (Pani puri/paniyaram) and i had to go and ask multiple times for that to be served. On one occasion i was standing in the counter and no one bothered to check. there were more than 5 persons manning that counter but all of them were busy plating some thalis. no one cared about the dine-in guests. coming to the food, had limited option for salad and had lot of starters for veg. except for momo and peas kabab none of other starters were good. They also have DIY soup where they give veg broth nd toppings separately. broth was just warm and tased average. they had good number of Indian dishes for main course, but limited choice for deserts. while i didn't try any main course or desert, others in my group who tried them rated them poorly. For INR 1700 it was disappointing experience. There are better options in chennai.

I went to Vascos for my team lunch. This was the first restaurant I visited in 2018. It was a good start I should say! Ambience Th restaurant is located on the third floor at Hilton and shares the outside space with— Vintage Bar and Ayna. This is a beautiful space with plants and pretty pools on top which couches are placed. Extremely soothing and relaxing. Food This was a huge spread and the dishes are spread across the restaurant (I love walking while eating, you obviously get to make space for what you eat next 🤷🏻‍♀️). Service We had extremely good service at the restaurant and people are always there everytime you need them. We gathered here for a farewell of a team member and they were sweet enough to give us a cake. Overall experience Great food and amazing experience. My team felt that there weren’t much options for the vegetarians and those who are adjusted just to the Indian palate and don’t explore other Cuisines. To me, clearly South Indian was missing. We were actually full from tasting everything from the spread. I recommend only those with good appetite to dine here since the spread is huge and you need long hours to eat here for price you pay!

**Restaurant Review: Vasco's at Hilton** I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vasco's in the Hilton, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We began our meal with some delightful starters: the Karuvepillai Prawn Fry, Vegetable Croquette, and Paneer Tikka. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing a perfect blend of spices and textures that truly set the tone for the evening. For the main course, we indulged in Ghee Rice paired with Kozhi Varutha Curry. Bisbelabath, Vegetable Curry, and an assortment of Indian Breads. The mains did not disappoint; the Ghee Rice was aromatic and fluffy, while the Kozhi Varutha Curry was rich and comforting. The Bisbelabath was hearty and satisfying. The Vegetable Curry complemented the breads perfectly. The Indian Breads were warm and fresh. Overall, Vasco's offers a wonderful dining experience with an impressive array of dishes that are both delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a sophisticated setting. I look forward to returning for another fantastic meal.
