Tried vanilla flavoured ice cream almost everywr .. But this tasted very unique, the flavour was super dominating and the consistency level was perfect ..

Pancakes - We wanted to try all the varieties of pancake .. so we ordered 2 each in the menu .. Maple bird, holland Nutella, Choco caramel, cheese berry .. 2 pancakes were crispy .. But still everything was flavourful .. I liked everything ..

Belgian chocolate waffled - The coffee flavoured ice cream is paired with Chocolate waffle .. This tasted super delicious.. It s almost like waffled ice cream sandwich ..

Red velvet waffle with white chocolate.. The correct level of white chocolate on the waffle let us to enjoy both the waffle and the white chocolate .. It’s not abt pouring a jar full of chocolate in the waffle and over powering it.. Special mention for ensuring the same .. kudos to the team ..

Dry fruit feast from stoned ice cream - We were told that it is their signature one and it is highly ordered by many .. Once aft tasting it, we got to know why .. The base ice cream is vanilla.. It is den mixed with roasted nuts, figs, honey syrup ..

Scoop of pista, strawberry and mango in one cone then topped with sprinkles, strawberry sauces and honey syrup ..

Staffs r super friendly .. They suggest u the best .. The prices are very nominal .. The dry fruit has everythin we wanted and super healthy .. It is priced at ₹ 125 .. The same wit waffles and pan cakes as well ..

First thing that caught my attention as I stepped in was the ambience. Shop sports a contemporary ambience with cushioned swings and high chairs for seatings and mild music playing in the background. Scanned through the list from menu card and shortlisted the 'Dry Fruit Feast' as I always like ice cream filled with roasted nuts and fruits. Ice cream+nuts+dry fruits, it's always a heavenly combination. While my order was getting ready, I sat on one of the swings and was clicking pics of the interiors. Order will be prepared by slapping a scoop of ice cream over the frozen stone and toppings will be gently mixed to it based on the variety.

My order was served on the table in quick time. It was presented nicely with icecream in the middle of the wafer, topped with roasted cashews and almonds and a strawberry wafer roll stuck into it. A little bit of honey was also glazed on top. I had to dig into the ice cream to find the dry figs and dates pieces. Dry fruits were little in quantity though, contrary to its name. Wafer was holding the ice cream without becoming soggy till I finished it and was perfectly crunchy. Nuts were roasted to perfection and their crunchiness can be felt in every bite. Ice cream was rich and creamy with perfect sweetness. Overall an excellent experience.

Other varieties like icecream cones, waffles and milkshakes are available too. Only drawback is lack of parking space as it is located right on the inner ring road.

Disappointing and Disrespectful Service. I recently visited cream story and had a very disappointing experience with the staff’s behaviour. This was not the first time—it has happened before as well. The employees were laughing while we were asking for flavour samples, which felt very disrespectful. When we confronted them, they dismissed our concerns, saying they were laughing about something else. However, this behavior repeated multiple times, making it clear that we were being mocked. Even when we were paying the bill, the same person continued laughing for no reason. When we addressed the issue, instead of apologizing, he spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner. He even ignored us while we were trying to explain how uncomfortable it made us feel. His response was unprofessional, saying things like, “Do I need to tell you?” and justifying his actions by claiming their wish take it or leave it. As women, this experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. A customer should never be made to feel like a joke while simply trying to enjoy a visit to an ice cream shop. I hope management takes this issue seriously and trains staff on proper customer service. Such behaviour is unacceptable and needs to be addressed...
