Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited WOW Momo's vellore franchise (Near VIT Vellore next to INOX theatre) 30 mins ago. I reached the shop by 5.40 pm and ordered "Corn cheese momo's - steamed & Chicken momo's - steamed" I paid the money at 5:43 pm and I am waiting till 6:20 pm with my two kids. The concern person's who were in the billing section "Mr. Sanjay (the person with black shirt) & Miss. Vinitha (the person with wow momos pink tees) are not at all responsive and they are telling us to wait for 10 mins , 10 mins & 10 mins. It been more than 30 mins I am waiting for just two steamed momo's. Where these two employees are giving order to swiggy people and zomato people immediately. And also they are giving parcel to the fried momo's customers immediately.

What a kind of service is this @wow_momo's?? I have been to many franchise of wow momo's in different places. I didn't see this much of poor service and worst behaviour of treating customers. Even after waiting for 30 mins they are telling me to wait for another 10 mins.

I got my money back fighting with them @Sanjay & @Vinitha. Please do take necessary action or else mention it is not for family peoples. It is only for couples & swiggy zomato take aways. So that we wont visit your worst treating of customers franchise.

I went ordered steamed momo for my 5year daughter. When I ordered I mentioned the staff Ms. Vinitha whether it would take time, since I need to take my second daughter (1year), She said it will take 10mins. And another person named Santhosh also said the same. So we waited there for almost half an hour. But she keeps on attending and delivering the product to costumers especially couples (college students) who came after us. I again asked her how can you not respond us. She replied me in a rude way and told us fried momo is easy and faster, steamed will take time. I asked will it take half an hour , then she returned back our money and we came out. Such a worst service by the billing staff and the person who were along with her. If they give priority to the college students. They must have told us before. With kids I would have not waited so long, that too with a sick kid in hand. The staff lacked...

Worst ever service provided by them. They had no interest in serving us. The guy who had to make momo was on the phone and as we ordered he left with a long face to cook. We went up and waited for ten mins just to receive a not even properly steamed garlic veg momos. The mid part was still cold which means he hasn't even cooked enuf. It had a old taste as well. And the momo hardly had any flavour. It was like his face only. We were so pissed but dint want to ruin our movie night and so walked away without a word. Keep it up and...
