Went to eat at KFC here. I was shocked to see the staff behaviour. This was not my second time visiting this place and both the times I was treated poorly. The first time I went there, the staff refused to provide any food saying that they were closed when I saw that they were giving food to other customers that came by. I let it slip the first time thinking they genuinely had a reason that was not known to me. But even today I faced the same i disrespect. A girl of small stature, I couldn’t grab her name, but she was at the counter. She said that it will take around 10 minutes. When I asked her if i could at least place my order and come to pick my food later, she bluntly said “no”. The way she said it was rude and suspicious. I decided to wait at the counter just to check if she took the order for other customers like the last time. Noticing that, she quietly went inside and sent another staff member, a middle aged man, who had no problem taking the orders. It looked as if she didn’t want to face me. She never came out after that, neither to serve nor to take orders. I don’t know why KFC Aeroplaza hire such mean people. Just because I look different (i’m from northeast India) and I am from a different place doesn’t mean that I can tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone. These people aren’t fit to be working in a customer centric field. Please find a replacement or ask them to be a little polite so that your business...

Good eating n meeting point just with in the Hyderabad domestic n international airport. Foot quiet good food options for the travellers. Better have food here n enter airport Mainly international travellers have food here n enter departures as international area does not have any food even have one is really worst does not worth the cost or taste or fulfil the appetite.

Aero plaza is just 5mins away from terminals it relax n enjoy the food n good for meeting point. Outside got a big screen with live relay But outside tables ensure to clean up after you eat to accommodate others to be comfortable. Even cleaners are there but expect tip just for cleaning table Tip can be provided if u cannot or don’t want to clean the table ur self after u eat n make the table dirty. But try to have a habit of cleaning the table after you all eat as it’s a very good habit n show respect to others who intend to sit there later. This will avoid unnecessary tips for the cleaners over there as no everybody will have cash or have money pay for them as if you don’t pay the tip cleaners are giving an ugly look. Even though they are paid monthly salary. Upon our interest giving tip is fine but on demand is not recommended.
