I ordered Veg pizzas Farm house, Mexican green wave but received non veg pizza in place of Mexican green wave pizza. Chicken pizza which send by them was in spoiled condition because of rotten chicken used. Unnecessary ordered from this store. Don't you have my contact number and address details? How crazy yaar? Then how it's possible to deliver Pizza's and asking for address guidance. There is no response from Domino's after raising Concern request at help column. I am not expecting any resolution from Domino's branch I just want to convey the message to the public that what quality food you people are maintained & delivering to the customers everybody should know right? Just creating awareness to public.

One of the worst outlets of Dominos. They dont care about customer's feedback and just do what they want to do. I ordered 2 garlic breads and i got 10% cooked bread , may be they are expecting that i cook the remaining part myself. Even after giving a complaint, i got only one . I had to go to store to get refund for other garlic bread as the phone is unanswered. Please avoid visiting this branch

This is the Worst Domino’s I have ever been to. Always unhygienic. You will never find tables cleaned - you will have to ask the staff to clean the table. Mosquitoes keeps flying in sitting area. You will find tissues lying all over the floor. Handwash area is the worst- you will always find used tissues on washbasin. Also see the tray condition in which they serve.

Please refrain from ordering from this Domino’s outlet.

I had a very disappointing experience.

I placed an order for a pizza at 8:09 PM, and the app promised delivery within 20 minutes. However, my order was delivered only around 9:00 PM. At 8:59 PM, the app was still misleadingly showing “6 minutes remaining.”

So according to Domino’s app, from 8:09 PM to 8:59 PM is somehow just 14 minutes plus 6 minutes remaining, effectively distorting the actual wait time of 50 minutes. This clearly shows that Domino’s app manipulates the time and misleads customers.

Additionally, on a previous occasion, I had ordered the Veg Big 6-in-1 Pizza, which was delivered in a completely...

I had place 2 orders through Zomato . 1st one due to a technical glitch the payment for unsuccessful at zomato'd end but the amount got deducted from my account. Placed th 2nd order which was successful but due to the rains Domino's called 30 mins past the time the order was placed and said they will cancel it. After 20 mins the zomato app showed it was delivered. Contacted Zomato and they were helpless. Then I personally went to Domino's and the manager said the amount will be refunded in 24hrs but it's been 72 hours and I have not received it. Would suggest to avoid using Zomato and placing an order online...
