Domino's Pizza | Nizampet, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Telangana

The staff in this store is very rude and unproffessional to customers over the call and she disconnected my call on the face when I was ordering. when I called her back she answers the call and disconnects like thrice.

Before I order my pizza she says on my face that it would take 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours to deliver the pizza. I ask Dominos what happen to your delivery promise of 30 mins? I stay like hardly 2 to 3 kms from this dominos branch and on what basis you guys say it will take 2 hours to deliver?

Even after I accepted for this 2 hours delivery she repeats the same thing again and again sayin it will take 2 hours and if im am sure about it? I felt that she didnt want me to place an order which was the reason she did this and ultimately disconnected the call.

When I asked her to tell me the menu, she just named two pizzas and thats it. This type of behaviour is not at all accepted and Ill make sure I give you guys this negative feedback in every way possible.

You guys are spoiling the good name that dominos have in this city.

I request all the customers not to opt this dominos store and waste your money and time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL...

I've opted for take away. The Food was not at all good and the experience was worst.. Items were Missing out of 5 only 4 were delivered. The barbecue pizza was rotten and getting very bad smell, went to the store to complain and staff(vijay) was very rude and he was arguing and shouting at customer that barbecue is gonna smell like foul smell itself.. He also mentioned that dominos is not responsible for food delivered after 40 mins.. He had mentioned that pizza need to be consumed with in 40 mins after it's ready else it's gonna rotten and dominos is not responsible for that.. Management and service was too bad and Manager was not there in the store the staff named vijay, himself was admitting that he is the Manager. He had mentioned that they use chicken which is stored for 3 days not the fresh chicken and also he admitted that he had sold the same rotten pizza for 100 people on the same day. I was not able to take the photos of the pizza he took the pizza and thrown it in dustbin with anger..

Ordered online from swiggy at 10.26pm , in first half an hour there is no tracking status expect food being prepared on dominos app. After half an it said call customer service. When I called them ,they said they did not received any order by my order number 233. I requested them 2 , 3 times check one more time because I am sure I ordered and received sms confirmation. They said no it was not in their system. Then I gave feed back on the order that it never went through the system because they never traced it. The tricky part is At 12 0 clock I got a call from delivery boy do you resident of this place. I said yes. Then I got delivery at 12.05 am. I asked delivered boy you people said you never got order. He said he does not know all that. I asked why it took so much time. He said sorry . The pizzas were so cold by that time, sure they prepared 1 and half hour back obviously. This is the bitter experience that is from this outlet. The pathetic service from great Dominos. And thank you that will be my last order...
