𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝟵, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱 * FSSAI license true copy was not displayed at the premises. * Potli Masala (35pkts expired in April 2022), Sauce (1.4kg), Garlic Chilli Sauce (13pkts) were found to be expired. * Cosmetic Rose Water (250 ml) was found in store room and with suspicion of being used as food ingredient, discarded the item on the spot. * Possible rat infestation suspected as rat faeces and burrows observed inside store room. * Few of the food handlers were found without wearing hairnets, gloves and uniforms. * Food articles stored in the refrigerator were not covered and not labelled properly. During my recent visit to Grill 9 Restaurant, I sampled a variety of dishes including the chicken shawarma, mutton haleem, and chicken biryani. While none of them stood out as exceptional, I found them to be decent and reflective of their price point.The chicken shawarma was flavorful but lacked that extra punch I've tasted elsewhere. The mutton haleem had a nice texture but could have been more aromatic and rich in taste. As for the chicken biryani, it was satisfying but didn't leave a lasting impression. Overall, I would describe the experience as average. While the dishes were by no means disappointing, they also didn't exceed expectations.
