BUTTERFLY BAKERY — Restaurant in Telangana

Came across a lot of promotions on Instagram reels by paid food vloggers/paid influencers. Planned to order a cake because they mentioned in promotion as cakes are available at low prices and also delivery sercives available but in reality they just book a cab which costs approx 400 when there were cheaper alternatives and also they ask us to pay the charges

There is no point in mentioning delivery available when it is being charged! One would have come directly to pick it up

They mention customisation available but all they do is convince you to take what ever is available or just send a cake in whatever the flavour they make. What is the point of asking flavour requirements when all you do is send whatever you like.

Do not waste time and money, they are just bluffing people by making attractive promotions. These are not even fondant cakes they are just cream cakes which are being charged almost the cost of fondant The same cakes will available in local bakeries with a lesser price and good taste!

Worst experience! I’ll never recommend...

I'm giving this 5-star rating only to make people aware, because most buyers tend to ignore 1-star reviews. Please don’t be influenced by social media reels or online 5-star ratings—they can be misleading.

I placed an online order on May 27th 2025 with Butterfly Bakery, West Marredpally branch, Secunderabad, Hyderabad. I ordered a 1.5kg pineapple cake for my daughter's first birthday was on May 28th 2025, but they delivered a chocolate cake instead. Aside from the fancy look, the cake had nothing worth appreciating.

The cream layer was over an inch thick, and the blue color used was clearly unartificial colour —even after washing my hands with water, the color wouldn’t go away. I have no idea what kind of coloring agents were used, but it definitely didn’t feel safe.

I genuinely don’t understand the hype around this bakery. Based on my experience, I will never recommend Butterfly Bakery to anyone. I’ve attached screenshots as proof. This was a very disappointing and...

This the first time I have ordered two different customized birthday theme cakes with two different flavours blueberry & black forest from Butterfly Bakery..!! Pretty impressed with their performance, quality and taste..!! In such a short notice the way butterfly bakers delivered it with perfection and delicious taste was really commendable.. Definitely like to recommend for every occasion .Thank you for delivering the delicious cakes in budget friendly pricing. Our guests & my husband loved it.They understand customers requirements. Really appreciate the efforts they put in to serve the customer.Would surely recommend this place to my connections to visit and order cake from butterfly bakers....
