Scoops — Local services in Telangana

Scoops West Marredpally was my favorite, we can get icecream delivered by Swiggy or Zomato but eating there is pathetic

No proper AC no hygiene is maintained Earlier outdoor seating was good unfortunately due to heavy traffic it's no longer a great option now

Their staff are responsive and hardworking but I seriously feel the location needs an uplift especially since we got multiple ice cream joints including ibaco in the same lane, the completion is high

There is no parking and no proper sitout with AC hence we are preferring going to ibaco and others where the environment is neat , clean and tidy

Update : The most unfortunate part is, as this scoops store is located in an age old building 🏢, when it rains this building cellar is filled with water and their power systems drown in that water logging and due to the power failure they had to shut operations for a day or two and you can imagine those ice cream packs melting due to the failure of electricity and I think they are sold like that instead of replacing (atleast I assume so based on my conversations with their team)
