Mandi.com is located at the nakkalugutta in the Warangal Hyderabad highway. It is near the roundana in the shopping complex belonging toa politician. This shopping complex has only limited parking for two wheelers. Nonparking facility for fourqheelers.

The restaurent is located in 2nd floor. lift facilty is available. The restaurant has good ambience. It has a reception counter. A small cabin rooms opposite to reception counter wherein 2 people can dine on the table. Then we have arabian style partitions for dining in. Arabian style emans, sitting on the floor and eating. Mostly non veg items are served. Water bottle is avaialable. Complimentary soup is served for all. It is good in taste. No briyanis available. Non veg starters are available. We have tasted chciken lollipop. It was hot and tasty. Yhe quality of oil used is good and fresh. Only Mandis are available. Chicken mandi, fish mandi, prawn mandi,mutton mandi. A mixture of all the above mandi is also available.

The mandi served here is very tasty with dry fruits in it. Sometimes it is sweet in taste due to kismis fruit added. Not so spicy.

Good place to dine in with family. Two family rooms are there. Nice place to Hang out with friends. The partition between cabins are open. So there is no privacy for privacy seeking people. Mandibis served in a big plate and all have to eat together fromt eh same big plate. Nice experience. Such type is served at Hyderabad mandi shops.

This shop was run by youngsters with a mission to serve the best mandi in this heritage city warangal. Cash, card and UPI payments are accepted.

Parking is the big issue. so travel by bike or park the car on main road at owners risk. .

One has wait for more time to get a seat as it is always crowded. So plan your time accordingly.

don’t even know where to begin—this place is a total disaster.

Staff Behavior: The staff acted like we were doing them a favor by showing up. No greeting, no smile, not even basic courtesy. They ignored us for a good 15 minutes even though the place wasn’t full. When we politely asked for service, they gave us looks like we were a burden.

Customer Value: They clearly don’t care about their customers at all. No respect, no attention, and certainly no effort to make the dining experience pleasant. It’s like they’re running a mandi stall in a rush, not a restaurant.

Seating & Space: The place is ridiculously cramped. Tables are too close together, and we barely had space to sit comfortably. No privacy, and you can literally hear the conversation of the person at the next table. If you’re even slightly claustrophobic—don’t go.

Food? Not even worth the pain. Mandi was average at best, but the horrible environment ruined even that.

At last i want to say :Terrible service, unfriendly staff, no sense of hospitality, and an uncomfortable setup. This is NOT how you run a restaurant. Never coming back, and definitely not recommending...

Firstly, similar to all of the restaurants it has parking issues. Restaurant is vibrant looking, atleast may be when it is first opened. Seating capacity is also good. You had rest room facility. Asthetic dining areas. It even has a waiting lounge. Anyways place seems to be a little claustrophobic when it is a little filled with customers. Overall i can give 4/5 for its traditional and vibrant look 3/5 for its cleanliness. Yes their cleaning methods are little clumsy.

But the IMPORTANT thing i want to talk abou is its FOOD this is the reason i gave it 2 STAR. It is overwhelmingly bad experience to me First, its menu most of the items isnt available at the time i went there. Second, the medium plate they served is said enough for two people. But food QUANTITY is very LESS. Idk how but our tummys filled before our food. I doubt it.

Third, the taste. I never felt excited while eating it. It is NOT at all SPICY and the actual mandi chicken taste, i never felt it while eating.

I think these points are reasonable for giving a 2STAR...
