Morine Bakery — Restaurant in Telangana

I recently ordered a pizza from Morine Bakery Narsingi, and while the pizza itself was fine, my overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. I asked for chili flakes with my order, but the service boy told me they didn’t have any available, though he promised to bring some from inside. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I asked for an update, only to be told that they couldn’t provide it because the person in charge, Mr. Mohammad, refused to give it. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was simply told that I should have asked for chili flakes before placing the order.

I found this response unprofessional and frustrating. It's basic customer service to accommodate simple requests, especially when it's clear the item was available but not provided due to internal miscommunication. I hope Morine Bakery addresses this kind of service lapse in the future. I am paying 180 rs for a small size pizza which is really not worth and it's very disappointing that the manager does not know how to behave with customer...improve...

This is a funny place. Loads of space inside but no seating. Very few items have red or green dots on them. You need to rely on the staff to find out if something has egg or not. They tried for upscale ambience but its mostly deserted feeling. Staff is more concerned about scratches on glass pane nd granite on the counter than what the customer needs and his queries. Even in the puff and burger section very basic items are missing. Lots of branded products, we have Ratnadeep and Balaji super market for that. Over all visited 3-4 times and was disappointed by the staff attitude every time. They don't value their customers. Don't understand why do they deserve premium pricing. Better to visit Old Madras baking for premium stuff or stick to Karachi bakery. I could see ketchup staining color in frankie.
