New Deccan Bawarchi Restaurant — Restaurant in Telangana

Iam regular to Deccan bawarchi...I frequently order chilly chicken and chicken fried rice...due to parking issues I order for home delivery ....,! Today it was my worst experience ....delivery man came with food in 20 mins..I kept Rs 280/- change ready... After paying him I locked my gate. He then immediately call me and demanded additional Rs 20/- I said I gave him full coney. He refuse to believe me. I then went and given him Rs 500/- note and ask for change . Which he promptly return me. Later when I ask if he recently joined this resturant... Delivery man got agitated and showed finger and me and use bad language.... I immediately ask him to take food back and return my money... As I am regular . I informed the owner .who apologised me.  I invited him to my home...as people need to learn basic etiquettes when they talk....I felt this person was rude,disrespectful and a con. Owner brother said will come to my Ouse with food....this happen aroun 10:30pm..its 12:35 pm no one came...I ordered food from Dwarka....I hope it's learning experience... But never again I'll put up with these kind rude behaviour where manager say sorry for their employees.....i was willing to refuse the food and pay full money for free....! But nit coming to my place itself send s wrong message ...., never again dine or order food at Deccan bawarchi... I...

Extremely Disappointed – Stale & Reheated Food!

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The food served was clearly stale and previously cooked. The taste was off, and the texture made it obvious that it was reheated instead of freshly prepared and rice is tripple spicy by itself.

Adding to the disappointment, the service was slow, and when we raised concerns about the food, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. For the prices they charge, I expected fresh and high-quality food, but what I received was nowhere close.

I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. There are far better places that actually care about food quality and customer...

This a very accessible hotel and one and only one hyderabadi biriyani hotel available in this are of suncity and may be the only place you can find delightful buryani taste of hyderabad.Actually u can view this hotel from moving vehicle but u have to observe carefully.
