New Urvasi Restro bar and kitchen — Restaurant in Telangana

we have made a reservation for 2 at 2pm in zomato, when we asked the sequrity for the reservation he show us the normal seating , at the time of bill payment when we asked for mode of payment through zomato the staf declined politely because that was a normal seating area , for zomato reservation they had separate seating and seperate menu where cast was twice the normal menu. we asked the staf to call manager he was very rude and speaking very loudly and making it a scean , because we asked his there was no proper check in from your end , ah his ans was why would a sequrity check person know where to send the customer when a persons id is checked and asked for details the person should guide the coustomer correctly. There was no proper sequrity check he didn't even check our ids, After ordering food and enjoying it while watching cricket match we could see COCKROACHES MOVING AROUND THE TABLE , which was not at all okay after complaining it to staff he said we have cleaned it but it might have come by mistake randomly

Food was Ohk but, responce from manager is very bad and ther is no proper comunication, he was literally asking me y would i ask ever coustomer have you made a reservation or not, it is his duty to make sure on which reservation the coustomer has come to...
