I have visited this place several times & most of the time they had bad Tea & smoker's everywhere, locals visit here just because there is no option to go for another hotel near begumpet and that's the advantage they are having.

Everybody smoking everywhere, expensive compare to another hotels with unhygienic too and i want to give zero star rating and Tea (Chai) is Zeher, It's like a disgusting medicine in the name of Tea.

I never recommend anyone this hotel to drink Tea not even with friends because the owner of the hotel talks rudely with their workers and the customers too.

I hope they want to close their hotel in the near future that's why they are not even maintaining it properly. Even old bad tables & no parking place.

I was just frustrated by owner behavior and you can see him in photo that's why I'm wasting my time over here writing this whole thing.

Nice place for a break and have tea. Nice staff friendly Atmosphere and convenient location. Place has ample space to serve almost 50 people at a time however the ventilation system is not as good as one can expect. Only fans on the roof and even they don't work properly.
